Projects and main research topics

Projects:

• EU's project Pathfinder: Towards an integrated consistent European land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF) monitoring and policy pathway assessment framework.

Focus:

• Robust optimization to compute trade-offs between carbon sequestration, commercial wood production and biodiversity parameters under different climate scenarios, taking in consideration multiple uncertainties.
